3. Booking and Payments

    •    Bookings are not confirmed until a signed contract and non-refundable retainer are received.

    •    Full payment is required 7 days prior to the event/session.

    •    Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the signed contract.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

    •    Retainers are non-refundable.

    •    Sessions are non-refundable, although you may transfer your session to another individual.

    •    We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

5. Intellectual Property

    •    All images are the copyright of Boudoir by Pamela Lyn.

    •    Clients are granted a license for personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    •    Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our images is prohibited.
